Sara Wolski

Managing Director, North America

As Managing Director, Sara partners with clients to identify business challenges and equip their leaders for long-term success. She has over a decade of experience in helping leaders solve cultural, strategic, change management, and leadership development challenges. She specializes in simplifying complex topics and transforming them into engaging and highly relevant learning experiences. Sara is also responsible for Duke CE’s Global Educator Network (GEN) and bringing innovative design approaches to the Duke CE team. While co-designing custom programs with clients, Sara draws upon a background steeped in the Arts and storytelling to infuse custom business content with creative methods.

Sara’s first career was in the book publishing industry, working for literary agencies in New York and London. She also worked for Golf for Women magazine (now part of Golf Digest) at Condé Nast before transitioning into corporate education and strategic change management.

Prior to joining Duke, Sara was the Vice President of Custom Design & Consulting at Paradigm Learning, a communications and corporate training provider, where she partnered with global organizations across industries to create experiential learning programs for leaders at all levels. Program topics included business acumen and financial literacy, cultural transformation, leadership development, change management, strategic alignment, and more.

Sara holds a BFA from New York University and an Executive MBA from the University of South Florida. In her free time, she writes novels and screenplays and contributes to industry and local publications.
