Head of Digital, Partnerships, and ESG Leadership Academy
Andrés leads Duke Corporate Education’s ESG Leadership Academy, as well as its Digital and Partnership teams.
Originally from Chilean Patagonia, prior to Duke CE, Andrés worked 7 years as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, first in Paris and then in the London office. As a VP of McKinsey Transformations, he engaged on several strategy designs and holistic transformations for his clients, with a strong focus on at-scale capability building as an enabler for healthier and more performant organizations.
A strong believer of the power of business to improve our world, he also led the launching of McKinsey’s Sustainability Academy, designed to support companies and their collaborators to better understand the challenges and opportunities of the transition to a net-zero world.
Andrés holds a master’s degree in Economics and Public Policy from University Adolfo Ibanez in Chile, and an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business, Duke University, where he concentrated on Strategy and Social Entrepreneurship.
