Managing Director
Natalia is Duke Corporate Education’s Managing Director located in our Washington, District of Columbia office. She assists clients through complex business challenges related to global growth, leadership, cultural change and execution.
With over 25 years of experience in executive education, Natalia has cultivated relationships across the Fortune 500 and consulted with, designed and delivered strategic programming across many industries including finance and banking, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, aerospace, energy and renewables, and technology.
Passionate about elevating the leadership development process, Natalia is known for her ability to quickly diagnose complexities and challenges and to deploy strategies that deliver value and measurable outcomes. She partners with c-suite executives to drive performance by developing talent, leadership, and organizational capabilities necessary to execute strategy and outperform their competition.
Prior to Duke CE, Natalia served in various executive education leadership roles, most recently as the founding Executive Director of Crotonville Makers® (formerly GE Global Leadership Development Center). She helped develop new products and business models with unique value propositions and partnered with CEOs to implement efficient business operating systems and drive margin expansion across GE’s portfolio. While at GE, Natalia also led the Emerging and Executive Leadership Development Curricula, focused on transforming people leaders responsible for 330,000 associates across 175 countries, and delivered over $5B in margin, productivity and cost savings. She currently serves as a Board Member for Ecology in Classrooms and Outdoors (ECO), a non-profit organization dedicated to cultivating an ecological mindset where the entire ecosphere is shown to have innate value and is an extension of ourselves and our health. Natalia earned a dual Doctorate in International Business and Organizational Psychology from University of Sarasota and is a Master Black Belt in Lean and Six Sigma. She is a certified executive coach for HOGAN, DiSC, MBTI, Insights, and Clifton Strengths, and teaches courses on leadership and strategy deployment, delegation and execution, finance, and innovation.
