Managing Director for Asia and the Middle East
Dennis Foo is Managing Director for Asia and the Middle East at Duke Corporate Education (CE) based in the Singapore office. In this role, Dennis is responsible for driving business and client-base growth.
Dennis is an experienced business and management professional with close to 25 years of commercial experience leading transformative business growth through superior client relationships, innovative business strategies, partnerships and nurturing high performing teams across global markets in market-leading global firms, Singapore enterprises and international start-ups.
In particular, Dennis has considerable experience in Human Capital Development across high-stakes trans-national Assessment, Testing and Certification, Systemic Reforms in National Education systems, TVET, EdTech, Executive Education and Corporate Tr aining in the Asia Pacific region, the Middle East, Africa and Latin America. His client network includes the likes of government (and relevant agencies), industry, institutions of Higher Education and private sector enterprises.
Prior to joining Duke CE, Dennis was a Director and COO at PwC’s Academy in Singapore. Earlier in his career, he was Managing Director for Pearson Qualifications (APAC) and Vice-President for Pearson Qualifications (Venture Markets), Director for Corporate Training at the Management Development Institute of Singapore, Regional Director at Universitas 21 Global (North Asia), Vice – President for Higher Education and Digital Learning at Informatics (Global) and I.T. Management Consultant at KPMG Singapore.
Dennis graduated from the Japan-Singapore Institute of Software Technology and earned his MSc. in I.T. from the University of Glasgow. Away from work, he is a dedicated family man and keen student of human psychology in elite sports.
