Managing Director
Shaun Rozyn is a Managing Director based in our Americas office in Washington, D.C. With over 20 years of experience, he partners with Fortune 300 companies to design and implement enterprise-aligned talent and leadership development strategies that drive organizational transformation and improve business outcomes. Shaun brings specialized expertise in the financial services, technology, and petrochemicals sectors, with deep subject matter knowledge in talent program design, career development, learning science, action learning, and learning impact measurement.
Before joining Duke Corporate Education, Shaun served as Managing Director of Custom Programs at the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business, where he led initiatives to advance client-driven leadership programs. Previously, he was Head of Executive Leadership Development at the Saudi Arabian Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC), where he played a pivotal role in reshaping the organization’s talent assessment and development strategies as part of the Global Talent team. Shaun’s career also includes senior positions across both business and higher education.
Shaun holds an MBA from the Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS) in South Africa and a master’s degree in Organizational Science from the South African Military Academy at Stellenbosch University, where he achieved the rank of Captain. Recognized for his contributions to the field, Shaun has won multiple Brandon Hall Human Capital Awards, served on the board of the University Consortium (UNICON), and contributed thought leadership to publications such as Fortune and CNBC.
