Project Director

Rachel serves as a Project Director for Duke CE’s global client teams in North America where she is responsible for facilitating the overall design, development, and implementation of customized leadership solutions. She is responsible for translating design into execution through client relationship management, budget creation and implementation, and overall project leadership.

Rachel is passionate about helping develop leaders and teams to meet their full potential to help drive organizational performance. She has over 16 years of experience in developing, executing, and facilitating training programs and directly influencing organizational culture. With a background in higher education and non-profit management, she has helped lead organizational development and change management efforts while working with multiple stakeholders to drive solutions and strategic priorities. Before joining Duke CE she served as the Chief Operating Officer for Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity where she oversaw the team of staff who provided operational, compliance, education, and growth support to over 160 local franchises of the fraternity across the nation.

Rachel received her Bachelor of Arts from Virginia Tech and her Master of Education from the University of South Carolina. Rachel and her husband live in Greensboro, NC with their son and enjoy traveling, trying new places to eat, and spending time with friends and family, especially at the beach. Rachel enjoys volunteering her time with organizations and programs that provide professional and leadership development to college students.
