Dominique Traina

Project Director, North America

Dominique is a Project Director for Duke CE’s global client teams in North America where she is responsible for facilitating the overall design, development, and implementation of customized leadership solutions. With a passion for the creation and delivery of exceptional educational experiences, her role includes client relationship management, budget creation and implementation, supplier engagement, and overall project leadership.

Dominique is an experienced educator, designer, and leader. Driven by her dedication to helping others succeed, she takes pride in providing the most effective and innovative leadership development opportunities possible for her clients.

Dominique has worked in the education industry for over twenty years in multiple capacities such as an art teacher for students in grades K-8, an Academic Director of Design at an art college, and an eLearning consultant for corporations and government agencies. Before joining Duke CE, Dominique was an Instructional Designer at Realogy Holdings LLC, where she was responsible for creating, implementing, and delivering training strategies for independent contractors, staff, and leadership. Her expertise and commitment to excellence allowed her to be recognized as a key player in the successful development and roll out of numerous learning programs and company initiatives.

Dominique has a BS from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, an MFA from the Academy of Art University, and an MAEd from Argosy University. Outside of the office, Dominique enjoys spending time with her husband and three kids, especially while at their favorite place – the beach.
