Project Director

As a Project Director for global client teams in North America, Mercy facilitates the overall design, development, and implementation of customized leadership solutions, creating an exceptional customer experience. She also contributes to Duke CE’s professional services practice. She is passionate about creating and driving sustainable business outcomes.

Prior to joining Duke CE, Mercy was the Executive Director at Sector Strategies, Inc., providing consulting services in business advisory and development, marketing, technology, and portfolio/delivery management. She also worked at KPMG as the Chief of Staff in Advisory, Management Consultant Division, where she supported the partner in talent and organizational management, sales enablement, and portfolio/delivery management. Furthermore, she has worked with a wide range of clients in the Internet of Things, government, NGOs, healthcare, manufacturing, energy, and environmental industries.

Mercy has a B.S. from the University of California, Davis and an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management (Honorable Mentioned). She is a certified Project Management Professional and Agile Scrum Master with deep global leadership, facilitation, and training experiences. Notably, Mercy enjoys spending time with her family, exploring international culture and cuisine.
