Building successful businesses entails dealing with a number of interconnected, complex and highly volatile forces. Duke Corporate Education’s survey of leading CEOs across the globe indicates several key dynamics are emerging as priorities. We summarised this framework using the acronym SHIFT: speed, human centricity, imagination, flexibility and trust. Learn more in our new white paper.
