Global HR Directors Fellowship
The Global HR Directors Fellowship programme is aimed at senior HR leaders in the talent pool for the Chief HR Officer (CHRO) role or equivalent. Participants will network and learn with a cohort of peer professionals, and will also engage with thought leaders and business leaders from Duke CE’s network.
This 3-day programme will take place on 16-18 March 2020 at the St. Pancras Renaissance Hotel, London, United Kingdom.
This programme will provide participants with latest thinking on macro issues and enable them to identify how the HR function can best support the business to respond to current and future trends. As such, this programme will explore global trends and demographic realities; people and workforce changes; the changing landscape of technology; HR‘s role in shaping the organisational culture; influencing the Board.

Diane is Vice President, Organizational Development and Culture at DSM. Prior to her global role at DSM, she held senior leadership roles in insurance and financial services companies.
Des is Group HR Director with Associated British Foods. Des has a distinguished career and has served in various business and HR leadership roles in consumer goods and retail.
James is Global Head of Leadership Development at Novartis. Before this, James held HR leadership roles in multiple sectors, including consumer goods, media and retail banking.
Tim is a leading commentator, researcher and expert advisor on global trends and the future of work.
Mariano is an organisational and leadership capability expert, with in-depth practitioner experience both regionally and globally in banking and financial services.
David MacLeod, OBE
David is a leading expert on employee engagement and influencing boards. As well as serving on multiple boards, David has also co-chaired the UK government’s Employee Engagement Task Force.
Sudhanshu is an acknowledged and highly respected expert in the fields of Leading Complexity, Transformative Leadership and Organisational Culture. He is the author of several ground-breaking books including The Social Leader and Rehumanizing Leadership.
Nick is a member of Duke CE’s faculty as well as a prominent expert on human capital and HR’s business impact, having been voted as one of the most influential thinkers in HR by Human Resource Magazine.
The programme fee is GBP £7,000 plus VAT per person. This includes materials, lunch and refreshments. It excludes participant’s travel and accommodation costs.
Once the booking has been confirmed, the invoice will be sent to the participant’s organisation.
