Leadership Series Webinar
Session Date: March 10, 2021
The machine age left us with outdated organization and leadership models, which we continue to stretch beyond their limits. Today we find ourselves in a world of exponential change and emergent problems, and winning organizations are those with greater adaptivity, speed and innovation. We continue to update our concepts of organization and leadership, but what’s needed is a more fundamental paradigm shift. As we transform our businesses from analog to digital, we need the same type of rehumanizing transformation in our workplaces — and it begins with rehumanizing leadership.
In this session with Dr. Srini Pillay, we will explore what rehumanizing leadership means from a brain science perspective, and how to create and lead environments where people are encouraged to bring their whole, integrative selves to work, thereby elevating collective creativity, productivity and collaboration.
