Digital Leadership for Digital Transformation

Leadership Series Webinar

Session Date: October 20, 2020

Digital has emerged as the primary driver of winners and losers across industries, and the pandemic has only accelerated the speed at which digital transformation is required. And while trillions of dollars is being spent on digital transformation, only a small fraction of organizations are seeing the growth and returns they expected.

Companies can’t win in the digital economy with analog tools and frameworks, but many discussions around digital start focused on the technology. Successful organizations demystify digital and identify the strategic and organizational changes required to win. Leaders are looking to develop new digital mindsets and deploy new toolsets and approaches to strategy and transformation to lead their organizations through this generational change, and to build their confidence to move forward and enable transformation at speed and scale. Key to this is redefining individual identities as leaders and facilitating experimentation, learning, more diversity of input, and new models of value creation.

In today’s digital context, leaders need to reframe how they think about their roles and continue to gain digital expertise. In this session, Leadership Series host Mike Canning welcomes Duke CE Faculty and Techtonic CEO Ryan McManus to discuss how we can drive successful digital transformation with new digital leadership. Ryan will discuss both the broader organizational urgency and challenges of digital transformation as well as the accompanying implications for individual leaders.

Join us to learn how you can transform yourself, your team and your organization by re-orienting for the digital future.
