Project Director
Dawn is a Project Director with Duke CE. She facilitates the design and development of innovative learning solutions to help shape leaders for what’s next. Part of the global client team, her role includes client relationship management, budget creation and ensuring the learning experience exceeds expectation while overseeing program implementation.
Prior to joining Duke CE, Dawn worked at the Fuqua School of Business leading the finance sector in Career Management. She has worked with clients in the financial services industry (including private equity, venture capital, investment banking, private wealth management, asset management and corporate finance), plus oil & gas, manufacturing, and retail. Her passion is to ensure the root cause of change is correctly identified and then build experiential learning solutions that lead to more efficient and effective teams and companies. She earned her Masters of Science in Human Resource Development and her Bachelors of Arts in Psychology. Dawn is certified in StrengthsFinder and Strengths Performance Leader, an assessment tool used to develop personal talents.
