Managing Director
As a Managing Director in Duke CE’s Africa region, Nishen is responsible for the full client engagement cycle from client relationship management to design, development and project management for customized executive development programmes.
Nishen is an experienced learning professional with more than 20 years experience. Starting his career at Old Mutual as a trainer, he quickly transitioned into a leadership role. Other roles since Old Mutual include National Training Manager for Nedbank Financial Planning, Head of Learning for Standard Bank Risk and Group Learning Lead for Absa.
Nishen also spent time at The Gordon Institute of Business Science as the Executive Director of Open Programmes and a member of the board. The organisations that Nishen has worked for have earned him experiences across varying industries and levels.
These experiences are underpinned by strong academic credentials as he holds five qualifications in the fields of commerce, management and law with a Masters in Business Administration from the Gordon Institute of Business Science capping these achievements.
