Client Director

Jacqueline is a Client Director for Duke CE’s global client teams in North America where she is responsible for facilitating the overall design, development, and implementation of customized leadership solutions. With a passion for the creation and delivery of exceptional leadership development experiences, her role includes client relationship management, budget creation and implementation, educator engagement, and overall project leadership. Previously, Jacqueline was Project Director at Duke CE.

Jacqueline is a versatile and creative professional who excels in managing leadership programs and meetings, content creation and strategy for corporate executives, and is incredibly passionate about developing programs for global leaders and has experience leading international programs.

Jacqueline has worked in the leadership development for over ten years in multiple capacities such as Program Senior Manager for the Presidential Leadership Scholars Program through the George W. Bush Presidential Center and the Clinton Foundation, and as a director creating content and programs for Fortune 500 executives at World 50. She brings extensive experience in creating and managing high-touch and complex programs to the project teams she leads.

Prior to moving into the leadership development industry, Jacqueline worked in politics and government in several roles in Washington, DC, including serving in the George W. Bush White House. She earned a Bachelor of Art degree from Auburn University. Outside of work, Jacqueline is an avid reader, traveler and enjoys spending time at the beach with her family.
