Srini was invited by McKinsey & Company to join their new “Consortium for Advanced Adult Learning and Development” and was also one of the advisors on a new “think tank” exploring the benefits of mindfulness in business. Srini teaches in executive education at Duke Corporate Education and Harvard Business School.

He is also on the Transformational Leadership Council and on the board of FRED Leadership, an organization dedicated to helping companies with ethical dilemmas. Currently, Srini is a LinkedIn Learning instructor on the subjects of anxiety, depression, addiction and neuroscience in the workplace. He is a fellow at The American Institute of Stress and a world-renowned expert in stress, anxiety and burnout, having run an Outpatient Anxiety Disorders Clinic at Harvard’s Mclean Hospital, and studied brains for 17 years at a brain imaging center at Harvard as well. He has been invited to a US think tank on managing people in disasters.

Srini is currently also the Medical Director of a virtual reality startup, Reulay, and has founded or co-founded related startups focusing on technology for anxiety and antifragility.
