Associate Director of Digital, Americas
Divya Maheshwari is an Associate Director of Digital, located in North America, where she assists the Director of Digital Learning in executing the digital strategy of Duke CE by collaborating with subject-matter experts and other internal stakeholders to translate Duke CE’s programs into technology-enabled learning experiences. Her core focus area is the implementation of the MyDuke CE learning experience platform.
Prior to taking up this role, Divya worked as a Program Manager as a part of Duke CE’s Asia team, responsible for ensuring a seamless end-to-end experience while delivering Duke CE’s programs.
Divya holds a Masters of Business Administration with a specialization in Strategic Human Resources and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting from Ahmedabad University, India.
She has over 4 years of experience in the Learning & Development space and was recognized as the Youngest Leader to have led an HR team at a leading Education-Technology Company (Educational Initiatives Pvt Ltd.) while in India.
Divya is a self-taught painter and finds painting to be a very therapeutic source of self-expression. In her spare time, you will find her making herself a cup of tea and reading spiritual philosophy.
