At Duke CE, he ensures programs are designed to help leaders grow, adapt, and apply new insights in ways that accelerate impact. He is committed to helping leaders expand their capacity so organizations can thrive in dynamic environments.
At Duke CE, Chima has partnered with clients in financial services, industrial manufacturing, international finance development, and technology. He has worked with leaders from first-time managers to senior executives. He is certified in Hogan assessments and ExperienceChange™, and recognized as an Aspen Education and Career Mobility Fellow. Chima holds an MBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.
Outside of work, Chima enjoys deejaying private events and weddings, working out, and keeping up with his energetic toddler.
