“Design thinking begins with skills designers have learned over many decades in their quest to match human needs with available technical resources within the practical constraints of business. By integrating what is desirable from a human point of view with what is technologically feasible and economically viable, designers have been able to create the products we enjoy today. Design thinking takes the next step, which is to put these tools into the hands of people who may have never thought of themselves as designers and apply them to a vastly greater range of problems.”

“I attended one of Justin Ferrell’s design thinking workshops in London. I came away from the day really inspired and energized. As a designer (experiences and learning), I enjoyed  the content, innovation and Justin’s energy. He is great at storytelling and articulating how to use design thinking skills to achieve positive change in the world.”

–  Nicky Maiden, Global Learning & Leadership Development Lead, Bombardier Transportation

“Justin’s Design Thinking workshop was exceptional. He landed the core concepts through a series of experiential exercises that really helped us grow the ability to start with the customer’s true need and build back from there. It really was a unique experience and one that I encourage others to go through. Your approach to designing products and services won’t be the same again.”
