Digital Content Manager
In her role as Digital Content Manager, Stephanie oversees digital marketing activities for the organization, including social media, digital advertising and email marketing. She also works closely with the sales organizations to ensure alignment between marketing and sales efforts and supports regional offices with digital content creation and publishing. Stephanie has worked in digital marketing for more than ten years and is passionate about staying up-to-date on the latest tactics and trends.
Prior to joining Duke CE, Stephanie was Senior Digital Strategist at DFW-based marketing agency Social Factor, developing and executing digital marketing strategies for an array of clients, from Cisco to Toyota. Before that, Stephanie served as American Airlines’ first-ever social media manager, working across business departments to source and share compelling content with the airline’s millions of social media followers and supporting the social customer service team in maintaining timely and appropriate social media engagements with customers.
In her free time, Stephanie enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling and indulging in the occasional binge watch or podcast listen.
