Project Director
As a Project Director for global client teams in North America, Raquel facilitates the development and overall design of tailored leadership solutions, resulting in premier experiences for clients. As part of her role, she works alongside world-renowned faculty and clients to create immersive programs that achieve remarkable results.
Before joining Duke CE, Raquel completed a two-year internship as an academic graduate facilitator at Capella University while working full-time as a human resource generalist. She managed talent acquisitions, employee training & development, and conflict resolutions. Raquel also brings program research experience from American Express, where she partnered with nationwide corporate clientele in coordinating, implementing, and maintaining various corporate card programs while providing continuous relationship care.
Raquel earned her Ph.D. and Master’s in psychology from Capella University, specializing in industrial-organizational psychology, and has a B.A. in behavioral science from Western International University.
Raquel advocates lifelong learning for a continuous growth mindset. She enjoys learning about diverse cultures and cuisines while traveling.
