Mr. Haddad has over 30 years of executive leadership experience in strategy implementation, project management, project leadership, corporate management and skill development across a range of industries including healthcare, technology, government, telecommunications, energy and financial service.

Raed is currently Managing Director, APAC & Middle East, with Duke Corporate Education working with clients to make a difference focusing on the middle line—to impact the top line and the bottom line. Previously, Raed was Asia Pacific Managing Director with Strategy Execution, a global company in skill development geared towards enabling project leadership and strategy implementation.  Based in Singapore for the past 10 years, Raed has successfully led sales, marketing and delivery in China, Japan, India, Australia, Southeast Asia and the Middle East. As part of this, Raed has overseen product management, marketing, sales, global and local implementation, program/account management and operations.  In addition, he has been increasingly focusing on helping clients with NEXT practices and skills to enable clients in managing complexity, digital transformation, digital sustainability and invigorating the workforce to handle the constant disequilibrium facing many organizations.

Highly respected in the areas of strategic project leadership, project management, talent management, change management, L&D and measurement, Raed is an in-demand keynote speaker at conferences, events and with executive audiences worldwide. Raed’s speaking engagements have ranged from small, facilitated client-sessions to public audiences of over 4,000.

Prior to this, Raed was responsible for various US-based roles at ESI International, leading client relationship and sales teams, global partnerships and global delivery. In addition, for over 10 years, Raed was a Professorial Lecturer at The George Washington University School of Engineering Management and Systems Engineering in Washington, DC, where he taught graduate level courses related to program/project management, leadership, risk-management and decision-making techniques.

Raed holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering and a Master’s degree in Structural Engineering, from the University of Rhode Island. He also holds an MS in Engineering Administration in Project Management & Management Information Systems from The George Washington University. He is also a PhD Candidate at the School of Engineering Management and Systems Engineering at George Washington University.
