Program Manager
As a Programme Manager, Milcah works closely with the Client Directors and Managing Directors to create and deliver exceptional educational experiences for Duke CE’s clients. Milcah has a strong background in higher education and delivery of content in the capacities such as Lecturer and Programme Manager.
Prior to joining Duke CE, Milcah in higher education at a leading South African Higher Education Institution where she led the School of Management in execution of quality accredited qualifications. As a lecturer, she has created and conducted distinct content for students on a variety of modules, from Human Resource Management to Research Methodology.
Milcah has a MSc in Human Resource Management from Brunel University London and a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics and Human Resource Management from the University of Witwatersrand. In her free time, she enjoys watching cooking shows, reading African Literature, and relaxing with friends and family.
