Program Director

As a Project Director, Jocelyn manages the design and development of customized leadership solutions for a global portfolio of clients. Her role includes collaborating with clients, world-renowned faculty, and cross-functional client teams to design and deliver exceptional programs, as well as client relationship management, budget creation and implementation, supplier engagement, and overall project leadership.

Prior to joining Duke CE, Jocelyn worked as the Communications Manager at Kymanox where she oversaw all internal communications, events, and programs, as well as developed website content and external communication campaigns in partnership with the organization’s SMEs. Jocelyn also brings event and program management experience from The Center for Computational Astrophysics at The Flatiron Institute and S&P Global Market Intelligence, where she worked with C-level stakeholders to develop onboarding, communication, incentive, and educational initiatives.

Jocelyn has a B.A. in Advertising and Public Relations from Loyola University Chicago.

Jocelyn lives in the Raleigh-Durham area with her husband, son, and two dogs, and enjoys reading, running, and traveling.
