Program Manager

As a member of the program delivery team, Jocelyn works closely with Project Directors, Managing Directors and Faculty to design and deliver innovative educational experiences and programs for clients and participants. Her primary responsibilities include sourcing, planning, coordination, material development, communications, and on-site implementation of programs, as well as serving as a liaison between clients, faculty, staff, participants, and suppliers.

Prior to joining Duke CE, Jocelyn worked as the Communications Manager at Kymanox where she oversaw all internal communications, events, and programs, as well as developed website content and external communication campaigns in partnership with the organization’s SMEs. Jocelyn also brings event and program management experience from The Center for Computational Astrophysics at The Flatiron Institute and S&P Global Market Intelligence, where she worked with C-level stakeholders to develop onboarding, communication, incentive, and educational initiatives.

Jocelyn has a B.A. in Advertising and Public Relations from Loyola University Chicago.

Jocelyn recently relocated to the Raleigh-Durham area and in her spare time likes to get out and explore her new city. She also enjoys spending time with her fiancé and their dog, Leon, reading, running, and traveling.
