Connie is a Managing Director for Duke Corporate Education in North America. She brings a wealth of global experience spanning several Fortune 100 Companies and industries.
Prior to joining Duke CE, Connie was Head of Learning and Culture at Campbell’s Soups and Director of Organizational Effectiveness at Samsung Electronics America.
Prior to joining Samsung, Connie had a lengthy career at Hewlett Packard, Inc. While at HP, Connie held several positions including Global Director of Talent, Learning and Organizational Development, Leadership Consultant, Enterprise Transformation Lead, Solution Center Manager, Applications Consultant and System Engineer. She credits her success in these roles with her ability to align people, processes and technology with business strategy, resulting in positive business impact.
Connie studied Management of Information Systems at Rowan University. Her most significant professional accomplishments include the development of former employees and patenting of the “Integrated Change Management Process.” When speaking of personal accomplishments, Connie says, “by far the greatest accomplishment of my life was raising three daughters who are now incredible human beings.”
