Amanda is a Project Director at Duke CE, partnering with clients to design and develop engaging, targeted solutions to bring about transformative outcomes. Her role includes collaborating with Duke CE’s external faculty and internal staff teams to manage the client relationship, instructional design, budget and operational direction of customized experiences.
Prior to joining Duke CE, Amanda served as a Leadership Development Program Manager for The Walt Disney Company, where she was the product owner for the company-wide, global leadership development experience for leaders of others. Preceding that role, she served on the content team at Disney Institute, designing and developing experiences for open-enrollment professional development courses and consulting on advisory client engagements for Fortune 500 clients, primarily on the topics of leadership and business excellence.
As a self-professed tech geek, Amanda has a passion for exploring digital, virtual, and social technologies and their application to learning. When she isn’t working with clients, she can be found traveling off-the-grid, seeing a local band in concert, or photographing daily life in the city.
Amanda holds an MA in Instructional Systems Design with a concentration in Gamification from the University of Central Florida and dual BAs in Political Science and International Relations from Stetson University.
