Aleksandra is a Managing Director in Duke CE’s Europe office, responsible for relationships with clients headquartered in the United Kingdom.
Aleksandra is a changemaker; a creative and strategic thinker who has the ability to see patterns that are key barriers to change. Thanks to years of experience driving change and transformation, she can see what is the 20% that would make the 80% difference in creating sustainable growth and is instrumental in orchestrating and accelerating change.
Aleksandra brings to the role a wealth of experience working with leaders in international media, engineering, pharma, fintech and telecommunications organizations. She has worked with major multinationals and start-ups alike and is familiar with the challenges different types of organizations face on their path to growth.
Aleksandra held a range of senior and executive commercial roles, and has deep commercial knowledge, strategic skill set and strong stakeholder management skills. She led multiple transformational projects with improved employee engagement and sustainable results.
She joins Duke CE from LHH(Adecco), EY Lane4 where she led many high-profile projects focusing on DEI, culture change and organizational transformation with FTSE 100 organizations. Prior to her consulting career she worked at British Telecom where she brought many products from idea to reality before her career pivot of becoming a leadership consultant.
Aleksandra graduated from the University of Pecs in Hungary with a master’s degree in Economics focusing on behavioral economics. Aleksandra is an Accredited Certified Coach and a practitioner of NLP.
The mother of a 5-year-old girl, her daughter challenges Aleksandra to be the right role model and encourages change for the world to be a better place for the environment and women.
