Overview:
Making Sense of Complexity highlights the complex nature of today’s work and shows why we need new approaches. This course serves as an introduction and touch point to the rest of ASEP.
You will practice using a number of models, all geared towards helping them understand the effects of complexity on our working environments, teams, projects and how we operate as individuals. Work in teams on simulations will help you apply new mindsets, tool sets, and skill sets in unique and innovative ways in order to navigate complex environments.
Key takeaways:
- Learn how to recognize, diagnose and respond appropriately to complex environments and situations in a highly interactive course setting.
- Rewire how you think and reconfigure what you do in iterative cycles of problem solving.
