Tim Munden has been Chief Learning Officer of Unilever since May 2016, responsible for learning and development for Unilever globally, and also responsible for Wellbeing. In this role, Tim’s focus is on building the leaders and teams needed for a purpose-driven business, developing the skills and capabilities for a digital and disrupted world, and enabling people in Unilever to have the wellbeing needed for happiness and high performance.
Tim joined Unilever in 1993 as a graduate trainee. His assignments have taken him to the Netherlands, Belgium, the US and around the UK. Before becoming Chief Learning Officer, he was Vice President of HR for Unilever UK & Ireland.
Tim’s purpose is to nurture deeply human possibilities. In his spare time, Tim works to enable leaders from around the world to develop their ability to make a positive difference in the world. His particular focus is on how to help leaders access their inner resources, lead from and for purpose, and realise the potential in the people and situations around them.
