Shelie joined Jacobs with the acquisition of CH2M by Jacobs in December 2017. Jacobs, a Fortune 500 company, leads by challenging today to reinvent tomorrow by solving the world’s most critical problems for thriving cities, resilient environments, mission-critical outcomes, operational advancement, scientific discovery and cutting-edge manufacturing, turning abstract ideas into realities that transform the world for good. With $13 billion in revenue and a talent force of approximately 52,000, Jacobs provides a full spectrum of professional services including consulting, technical, scientific and project delivery for the government and private sector.

Shelie was named Chief Human Resources Officer at CH2M in January 2016. She held a variety of global HR roles with CH2M since 2007 and previously held human resource roles in the technology, financial services and oil and gas business sectors. She has lived and worked in Europe and specializes in transformation efforts, including mergers and acquisitions, as well as organizational effectiveness.

For ten years, Shelie was an adjunct profession at the University of Denver and served on the Advisory Board to develop a human resource curriculum that entailed strong business acumen. She has also served on the non-profit board of Roundup River Ranch (a medically supported camp for children with chronic and life-threatening illnesses – part of the Paul Newman Serious Fun Camps) as well as Dress for Success – Denver Chapter.

Shelie holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Regis University and a master’s degree in communications from the University of Colorado.
