Sam is known for stretching the boundaries of what is possible in a collaborative way that develops and nurtures talent that ultimately enables excellence in performance and delivery of tangible outcomes.

Sam has gained much of her experience and expertise through senior leadership roles at leading professional services firms: Aurecon, PwC, Clayton Utz, Miner Ellison, King & Wood Mallesons and Herbert Smith Freehills. In addition, she has consulted on multiple leadership development, learning & talent initiatives to ANZ, JP Morgan Singapore & Hong Kong, Myer, Dibbs Abbott Stillman, Mills Oakley, Varian, St. George Bank, Olex, Vision Australia and Department of Sustainability & Environment. Same also serves as an Advisory Board Member to the University of Melbourne Graduate School of Business & Economics & the Centre for Workplace Leadership.
