Branching Out, Moving Up

Global expansion and numerous initiatives have resulted in significant promotions at Duke CE.

While Blair Sheppard remains at the helm as CEO, former COO Judy Rosenblum has assumed the office of President.  Judy’s principal focus will be on new ventures and development, including the exploration of new learning technologies, the expansion of our very successful book series, and the move toward scaling nontraditional methods such as the Metaphoric Experience™ learning method for larger programs.

Former Managing Director Dennis Loughridge is now Executive Vice President, Finance, Administration & Corporate Development.  Dennis assumes responsibility for corporate finance and financial management, as well as the IT and human resources functions.

John Malitoris, former Managing Director, is now an Executive Director.  He will manage key client relationships, lead design and development work with current and potential clients, and develop other members of our organization through mentoring and coaching.

Rosemary Mathewson, who recently joined us from NYU’s Stern School of Business as a Managing Director, is also Head of China.  She leads our initiative to expand Asian operations so as to better support existing program deliveries for global clients as well as to expand our client base.

Former Director Todd Warner is now a Managing Director and Learning Methods European Lead.  He not only leads a client program delivery team based in London, but as Methods Lead he will be focusing on innovative ways to provoke, integrate, and inspire learning.
