At a recent roundtable event in Duke CE's Durham digs, senior learning professionals from a dozen leading global firms gathered for two days of mutual learning, anecdotes, and strategic support. Relying upon their peers' thought leadership as well as Duke CE's Global Learning Resource Network, this high-powered group examined the role of new technologies in corporate education, processes for better planning of leadership development, and ways they could adapt and deploy each other's solutions in the quest for the more strategic use of education. "Eurekas were had," as one participant put it.
