As Chief of Staff at Duke Corporate Education (Duke CE), Wayne enables the office of the CEO and the Global Leadership Team to work more effectively with internal and external stakeholders and fulfill commitments to Duke CE and its partners by ensuring preparation and facilitation of critical meetings and coordination/organisation of CEO and GLT projects.

In addition to his role as Chief of Staff, Wayne is a member of a global client team as a Project Director. He facilitates the design and development of customised executive education programs ensuring that the client’s needs and expectations are exceeded. His role includes client relationship management, programme design and delivery, budget creation and implementation, supplier engagement, and overall project leadership. Wayne has also been involved in group facilitation.

Wayne has worked globally in over 20 countries and across a diverse range of industries such as financial services, telecommunications, engineering, media, government, natural resources, and consumer goods.  Wayne has been a member of Duke CE for over 15 years and during that time has had the privilege of being a valued member of three global offices in the U.K., U.S. and South Africa where he spent three years.

He has also served as a Programme Manager and Assistant to the Methods Team.  Before joining Duke CE, Wayne was an HR Manager focusing on design and delivery of middle manager programming and payroll compliance.

Wayne enjoys travelling the world, exploring different cultures and furthering his passion of building communities within organsiations.
