As a Managing Director, Sara leads a global client team to create, develop and deliver customized solutions and strategies that exceed client’s needs and expectations.  She is responsible for the overall direction and ultimate success of these interventions.

Sara has worked globally across a diverse range of industries such as engineering, financial services, telecommunications, media, government, natural resources, and consumer goods. She has a particular passion for immersive experiences, particularly in India and China. She also enjoys facilitating applied learning discussions and experiential learning activities.

Before taking the role of Managing Director, Sara was a project director, responsible for design execution, client relationship management, supplier engagement and project commercials.  She has also worked in learning technology, designing and delivering digital solutions to facilitate and enhance learning in executive education programs. Prior to joining Duke CE, Sara volunteered as a relief-worker with political asylum seekers in Rome, and taught educational programs for high-potential young adults in Washington, D.C.

Sara holds an Executive Masters of Business Administration from Oxford University’s Said School of Business, with a focus on Strategy and Innovation. Sara graduated magna cum laude from Rice University with an undergraduate degree in English literature.

Sara speaks conversational Italian, and has lived in London with her husband since 2007.  In addition to enjoying London theatre and walking in the countryside, she has founded a weekly English conversation group to help integrate second-language speakers and promote multi-cultural dialogue.
