As a Managing Director for Duke Corporate Education’s Europe practice, Samantha works closely with clients and colleagues to provide strategic account management and ensure the effective design and delivery of high-value, custom learning solutions. Samantha enjoys building strong relationships with her clients and identifying ROI measures for their learning solutions.
Samantha is a highly-experienced learning and development and organizational development consultant and practitioner. Her expertise includes leadership development, talent management, executive coaching, group facilitation, diversity and inclusion, action learning and impact measurement.
Throughout her career, Samantha has partnered with a diverse array of organizations, including clients in healthcare, telecommunications, automotive, banking, energy, international governments and consultancies. Prior to joining Duke CE, she held senior learning and development and organizational development roles at London Business School, Civil Service Learning, the National School of Government and the UK’s Civil Service College. At London Business School, Samantha led the strategy to enhance impact service for clients and was responsible for programme quality and results for both open enrollment and custom programmes.
For Civil Service Learning, Samantha led the provision of leadership and talent programmes for the UK Civil Service. As Director of Women’s Leadership Programmes for the National School of Government, she initiated and led a series of successful internal women’s leadership conferences and high-profile programmes for public sector women and authored publications on the subject.
Samantha has a range of professional qualifications to underpin her practice, including a Master’s degree in Personal and Organisational Development and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Training Management. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, a Member of the International Foundation for Action Learning and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, awarded in recognition for her contribution to diversity within the public sector.
