Maureen is a Managing Director for Duke Corporate Education in their London office. With a background as a consultant, teacher and researcher, she has rich experience in business development, client relationship management, executive facilitation, leadership development, business and academic programme design, strategy execution and organisational transformation. She has worked on all facets of organisational and leadership development interventions and change programmes in the complex environments of global clients across the UK, EMEA and US to facilitate restructuring and growth, new technology adoption, talent management, team development, succession planning, board readiness and organisational transformation. With a passion for advancing inclusive leadership, she works from a deep appreciation of how context and culture intertwine with organisational purpose and practices to improve organisational performance.
She leads a portfolio of business and is the senior lead in designing and delivering the flawless end-to-end execution of customised organisational development and leadership learning programs for a range of clients throughout Europe. Maureen also contributes to developing advisory services and thought leadership for Duke CE in the areas of organisational change, leadership, strategy and gender.
Most recently, Maureen was an independent management consultant focused on designing and facilitating organisational and leadership development initiatives and transformation projects, and providing executive coaching to global and multinational clients. Previously, she was a client director and member of faculty at Ashridge Business School, and a former business leader and management consultant at Microsoft, Oracle and KPMG.
Maureen holds a Doctor of Professional Studies (Organisational Change) from Middlesex University, an MBA (Vanderbilt University), a master’s diploma in Leadership for Change (Boston College) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism (University of Texas). She is a certified Coach (ICF), and qualified in a range of psychometrics, including MBTI Step I and II, FiroB, SDI, the Margerison-McCann Team Management Profile system and the MSCEIT assessment instrument for emotional intelligence. She is a member of the Chartered Management Institute, a qualified Yoga Teacher (IYN500) and NLP Master Practitioner.
