Director, New Commercial Models
Mara is a founding member of the West Coast office. She plays an active role in managing client engagements, conducting needs assessments, developing program content, integrating methods and technology, and implementing educational interventions that enable participants to adopt fresh approaches to business, process and people.
In addition to her client-facing responsibilities, Mara is associate director of learning technology for the West Coast and India offices. In this role, she works with clients and client teams to design and implement learning experiences through various technology tools. The Learning Technology group focuses on developing leading edge practices and designs for delivering engaging, interactive and collaborative virtual learning experiences.
Over the years, Mara’s clients have included Amgen, Cisco, Deutsche Bank, GlaxoSmithKline, Hewlett-Packard, Merck, Microsoft, The New York Times, Nokia, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Rio Tinto.
Mara has a BA in Economics from Smith College and an MBA from the Rady School of Management at the University of California San Diego.
