Director, Network Development Africa
Julia Cook is Director of Network Development Africa. In this position she is responsible for growing and sustaining the learning resources as well as maintaining and leveraging existing network relationships for client programs and in support of business development. Additionally, she oversees marketing and client facing events for the South Africa office.
Julia brings a program background to her position managing the educator network, as prior to this role at Duke CE, she was a Program Manager and then Operations and Special Projects Manager. In addition to managing client programs with a strong focus on Women in Leadership and Women Leading Africa her position also grew to managing the Duke CE programs “Women in Leadership Series,” “The Africa Dialogue Series,” and the “HR Dialogue Series.”
Julia attended Damelin College where she studied Human Resources Management, and has studied Training Practices for Educators and Trainers at the University of South Africa.
