As a Program Manager, Heather owns the end-to-end execution of client programs to ensure a rich and seamless experience for participants, whether live or virtual. Her primary responsibilities include sourcing and liaising with venues and suppliers, project planning, materials development and graphic design, and communicating with participants. She works closely with clients, faculty, staff and vendors to bring our innovative educational experiences to life in an artistic way.

Heather joined Duke CE in 2013 as a member of the finance group, where she gained comprehensive knowledge of the global operations that support the client facing teams. When she later became the Executive Assistant to the Global Head of North America, she was able to expand upon her role by leveraging her experience in internal operations to effectively liaise with clients, staff, educators and suppliers alike.

Prior to joining Duke CE, Heather worked in accounting at IAC, a leading media and Internet corporation in New York City, where she worked closely with the sales and digital advertising operations teams to manage the accounts receivable across five different business units. She also served as a credit investigator, responsible for screening potential new advertising partners and recommending the best course of action in order to safeguard the business’ interests while maximizing profitability.

Heather earned her MA in International Relations at Webster University’s international campuses located in Austria, Thailand, Switzerland, England and the Netherlands. She also holds a BA in Graphic Design from Boston University.
