Client Director
Deborah is a Client Director in Duke CE’s Europe office with a primary responsibility for clients in the Benelux and German-speaking countries. In this role, she partners with clients to address their strategic business and leadership challenges through the design and delivery of customized leadership learning experiences.
In her 10+ years with Duke CE, Deborah has led change programs for a wide range of clients in manufacturing, technology, professional and financial services sectors with primary strategic business challenges related to global growth, enhancing organisational talent density, leadership and culture change. Deborah’s design approach is geared towards awakening leaders to their innate leadership purpose and equipping them to become multipliers that drive lasting, positive change across their organizations.
While at Duke CE, Deborah also served as Director of Network Development for Europe, Project Director and Program Manager.
Following her passion for natural sciences, Deborah gained a German Diploma in Hydrology from the University of Freiburg, Germany. Later, she expanded her academic foundation by completing an Executive MBA from the University of Oxford, concentrating in Finance and Strategy.
Deborah is originally from Germany and has lived in London since 2010. Outside of work, Deborah enjoys hiking, yoga and composing piano music.
