Programme Manager

As a Programme Manager at Duke CE in Singapore, Cecilia manages the logistical aspects of the design, delivery and post phases of customised education programmes to ensure the smooth running of the learning journey. She acts as the main liaison between key parties and is involved in many wide-ranging aspects of programme deliveries, including educators’ lectures and materials, innovative experiential learning methods, online solutions, venue management, and transport.

Prior to joining Duke CE, Cecilia worked at the Human Capital Leadership Institute (HCLI). In her role there, she oversaw and led end-to-end event management and execution for the Institute’s flagship programmes and conferences. At HCLI, she helped to lead several of the Institute’s C-suite executive programmes, including the Singapore Business Leaders Programme, the Asian Human Capital & Leadership Symposium, the Strategic HR Leadership Programme and the Global-Asia Leadership Accelerator Programme. Cecilia also has experience working on event management for other complex operations, including the Singapore Grand Prix Formula One Race.

In her spare time, Cecilia enjoys singing and sport, especially volleyball and beach volleyball. She has lived in Singapore and Perth, Australia, where she completed her degree. Cecilia holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Banking & Finance from Murdoch University in Australia.
