Amelie Villeneuve

Director, Business Development

Amelie Villeneuve holds dual responsibilities for project direction and business development at Duke Corporate Education (Duke CE). She has worked with clients in the energy, financial services, FMCG, manufacturing, logistics and media measurement & information sectors; and is working to develop relations with European clients. She has worked on programmes for senior leadership teams, middle managers and the Top 300 cadre.

Amelie previously worked at Instinet Global Holdings Plc in the Organisational Development Department developing and implementing programmes for the senior executive group, including designing and giving feedback on 360 degree multi-rater systems and assessing return on investment on recent educational interventions. Amelie also worked as a researcher in the Strategy Department at Instinet, researching and editing strategy papers for delivery to analysts and the investment community. During this time, she contributed to the Handbook for Executive Coaching and Learning is Empowering, as well as attending workshops at the Academy of Executive Coaching.

Amelie also worked in mergers and acquisitions in London. Her main clients were in the energy, manufacturing and defence sectors. Her core interest was in the identification and due diligence of potential acquisition targets, with a focus on the assessment of management teams pre-acquisition.

Amelie holds a BA (Hons), a Masters and a Master of Studies from Oxford University.  She is a qualified MBTI Practitioner and PDI Coach and is working part time on a Doctorate in Business Administration specializing in strategy and globalisation. Amelie has worked and lived in the United Kingdom, the United States, France and Hong Kong.
