Priya Shastri

Program Manager

As a member of the Ahmedabad, India-based program delivery team, Priya works with Project Directors, Academic Directors and Faculty to design and deliver innovative educational experiences for clients and program participants. Her main responsibilities include material design, program logistics and communications, and she acts as a liaison between clients, faculty, staff and suppliers.

Priya joined Duke CE in January 2008. Prior to joining Duke CE, she worked as a public health Research Associate at the Indian Institute of Management in Ahmedabad, India. She graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. in Biology and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Kentucky in 2006.

In her free time, she enjoys helping animals and volunteering in the slum areas in Ahmedabad. She is an ardent fan of cricket and bollywood movies and has been learning the North Indian classical dance, Kathak, for seven years.
