Pat provides strategic leadership for the identification, validation and management of the GLRN pool of educators, ensuring the requisite academic content expertise, industry experience, and regional/cultural familiarity to meet the needs of each client engagement.
Prior to joining Duke CE as a founding member in July 2000, Pat was an assistant dean for executive education at The Fuqua School of Business, Duke University. In that role she gained experience in directing a portfolio of business, leading a team in developing, designing and delivering executive education programs, and maintaining key relationships with senior managers of key clients. Prior to her role in executive education, Pat served as director of operations, and comptroller at Fuqua. Before joining Fuqua, Pat worked in several corporations and legal firms.
Pat is active in the International University Consortium for Executive Education (UNICON), the International Consortium for Executive Development and Research (ICEDR), the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD) and Corporate Universities, International.
She received her BBA, summa cum laude, from Roanoke College in Salem, Virginia. |
