Katie London

Project Director

Katie is a Certified Project Management Professional with extensive experience in producing successful project deliverables in technology center, career development, training and human resources.  She is also a Certified Trainer, and member of the National Speakers Association.

Katie works with internal and external faculty and Duke CE staff to design and deliver custom educational experiences for clients and participants. She is also responsible for project direction, customer relationship management, administration, and overall operational direction for educational programs.

Before joining Duke CE, Katie was the Project Manager and Career Center Manager for DBM, Drake Beam Morin- a world leader in transition services.

She has managed successful transition projects and provided and implemented job placement and training programs for approximately 700 IBM employees, 350 Safety Kleen employees, and 200 Cisco Systems, Inc. employees. 

Katie began her career at Southern Wesleyan University, where she led a project that achieved the most successful recruitment/marketing numbers in the history of the program.

She earned her bachelor’s degree in human resources management and her master’s in organizational management from Southern Wesleyan University.
