Kathy Harvey

Kathy joined Duke Corporate Education in London in October 2004 as head of global human resources; she currently works on special projects as needed. She has also been involved in client related activities, supporting business development, program design and acting as Client Relationship Manager for key European clients.
Kathy came to Duke CE from the position of Chief Administration Officer at Nomura International in London. This responsibility included the management of Corporate Marketing and Communications, Human Resources and Procurement for the European arm of the Japanese investment bank.
With more than 18 years of senior human resource management experience in the financial service industry, Kathy’s background includes senior management roles with Goldman Sachs and Bankers Trust. As an independent consultant, she advised financial service firms, start-up IT and consulting companies, and top-tier professional service firms on HR strategy, policy and practice, talent management and leadership development, and procurement strategy.
Originally from Arizona, Kathy has lived and worked in England since 1994. Kathy has Master's degrees in Higher Education Administration from Michigan State University and Human Resource Economics from the University of Utah. |
