Nedra Bradsher
Director, Learning Methods — N-GLRN
Nedra is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, contracting and managing non-traditional educators and learning experience providers. Traditional educators include faculty, coaches and facilitators. Nontraditional providers have included actors, ballet dancers, a fire chief, race care pit crew, retired military officers, and firms that provide adventure/outdoor experiences. Nedra is also involved in the design of education programs ensuring the translation of the learning needs into an end-to-end experience. The Learning Methods team develops and maintains leading edge experiential learning methodologies.
Prior to joining the Learning Methods team, Nedra was an Associate Project Director on client teams doing programs for Merck, Wachovia, CARE, and AstraZeneca. As a project director, she managed the planning, development and delivery of programs, and served as a liaison between clients, faculty, staff and vendors.
Before joining Duke CE in 2002, Nedra held positions in marketing and communications for firms in North Carolina and New York. She has a BS in Advertising Marketing Communications from the State University of New York - F.I.T. in New York City.
