Competing in the global arena and building successful, scalable and sustainable businesses entails dealing with a number of interconnected, complex, disruptive, highly-volatile forces. Static, long-term equilibrium no longer exists — competitors come and go, markets emerge, close, shrink, split, collide and grow, and today’s partners are tomorrow’s competitors. Organizations that do well in this environment exhibit the following characteristics: Speed, Human Centricity, Imagination, Flexibility & Trust.

In this session, participants are introduced to Duke Corporate Education’s latest research and survey conducted with CEOs globally, and the SHIFT levers are discussed and applied to real-world cases.

Leadership Conversations

Duke CE Asia is delighted to announce the launch of Leadership Conversations – a new Duke CE Thought Leadership platform for sharing insights among business leaders.

Leadership Conversations are a series of facilitated sessions conducted in collaboration with several of our key business partners on themes and issues leaders currently face. We give attendees the opportunity to gain new insights, listen to and share perspectives with other business leaders while building networks with a community of like-minded peers outside their organization.

Dean Bill Boulding was a speaker at Duke CE’s “The Human Difference – Leadership in a Digital World” conference in Singapore. In this video, Boulding discusses the changing role of organizations within society and the extent to which business is assuming the traditional roles of government.
