How We Work
We have three areas of practice:
- Custom Programs: Face-to-face or virtual education programs are custom created to address a client’s specific business challenges. Program design consists of selecting from a broad range of alternatives (methods, educators, locations, technologies) the ones that best match the client's needs, culture, and budget. Those elements are then woven into an integrated end-to-end learning experience.
- Advisory Services: Consultation that helps business professionals architect their organization's learning and development solutions. Thought leaders are brought to the table to share points of view and experiences, enabling collaborative creation of answers to challenges. Unlike traditional consulting, it is about designing and strategizing together.
- Learning at Work: Developmental processes are embedded into day-to-day work, ensuring that otherwise inconsistently occurring learning activities (e.g., coaching, stretch assignments) take place on the job and are effective. To be sustainable, the developmental processes need to tie into existing business processes and the net result needs to increase business productivity and quality as well as develop people.
Some of our offerings include:
- Learning Architecture: a six-step process that develops a framework to help organizations use learning and education as levers to accomplish their business goals.
- Restructuring Learning and Education: redesign, with a focus on enhancing the quality and relevance of your product.
- Design Lab: a way to overhaul your program designs, reducing travel and increasing impact.
- Team-Based Learning: increase predictability, velocity and inclusion of learning at work while delivering increases in productivity, competence and accountability
